Troubleshooting, Repair and Delivery.

In our technical service, malfunction detection is provided for your broken or malfunctioned devices by our DJI Certified technical personnel. Usually, as soon as your device reaches us, we will get back to you within 3 days at the latest. You will be informed about the failure, the repair process and the necessary information, and after your approval, the device will be repaired and delivered to you after software and physical tests.
